Just Clarity apply the below terms and conditions to all services it provides.
Booking
Booking with Just Clarity can be done in one of the following ways:

Payment
Once you have been booked onto your chosen coaching course payment is required with five working days in order to secure your place. Just Clarity accepts payment in the following ways:
- Credit/Debit card
- Cheque (made payable to Extrico Ltd)
- Online bank transfer (account details given when required)
When paying for a session, your payment guarantees the following:
- Your place secured for the duration of the indicated period
- The same therapist leading your session (unless a replacement is required due to unforeseen circumstances)
Appropriate facilities and equipment will be provided
Cancellation
Just Clarity reserves the right to cancel any session up to one week before the duly booked session for any courses which are under subscribed or for any other viable reason. If this happens a full refund will be given.
If a session is cancelled due to the trainer/therapist being unavailable and irreplaceable, an extra session will be added for a mutually-agreed date. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for that week.
If more than one session is missed due to the trainer/therapist being unavailable and irreplaceable, the customer will receive a refund for the number of sessions missed. This is worked on a pro rata basis and calculated by the cost of the period divided by the total number of sessions.
The cost of training/therapy is a set fee for the prescribed period. The fee takes into account that some sessions per period may cancelled due to bad weather and the time of year is also taken into account. Therefore no refunds will be imposed should the weather result in cancellation of any sessions, nor shall there be any extra charges should there be no cancellations due to bad weather. The trainer/therapist will always be on site and ready to work unless the environment is unsuitable to proceed. It will be down to the trainer/therapist to make the final decision.
Just Clarity will give at least 24 hours notice if a session is going to be cancelled due to lack of trainer/therapist availability (unless unavoidable i.e. car accident en route).
If withdrawing from prepaid training/therapy due to injury or illness and the customer can provide a Doctor’s Certificate that proves that an illness or injury has been sustained and that it prohibits you from completing the sessions, a credit note will be issued for the remaining sessions.
If you are unable to attend a session you will not be entitled to a refund.
3rd Party Involvement
Just Clarity will provide services on behalf of subscribing companies/businesses to employees by Phone (Text[SMS] & Voice), email, ‘Over-the-Internet’ communication, i.e. Skype, Messenger, etc.
