Q: How much and how long are the individual Life or Executive Coaching Sessions?

A: Sessions are agreed on an individual basis and may last from one to three hours. Standard rates per hour may vary from time, but the fee is agreed in advance according to the nature of the expertise requested. Just Clarity always take an individual approach to each coaching client.


Q: A member of my staff is clearly stressed and underperforming. They demand more of my time than I can afford and are disruptive, how can you help?

A: We would expect to be able to make a clear assessment of the employees needs in a 90minute session. In this session we would make an immediate impact and in most cases would ordinarily expect to address the issues in a further 1 to 2 hourly sessions or agree a report back to you with your employee.


Q: I want to stop smoking and/or lose weight. Is there a generic program I could attend?

A: Using a combination of skilled and expert therapists, Just Clarity provides two solutions to these common issues:
1. Individualised and programmed therapy sessions tailored for your circumstances (

Q: As a small business I would like to know how you would support me? How much does it cost?

A: All of our consultants are experienced in running their own businesses and have also worked for large organisations. They each have an understanding of the kind of issues you could face and have functional expertise too (Finance, IT, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing). We will hold an initial meeting with you, at which point the client relationship starts and we begin to understand your business. Depending on what you need, we will visit you by the hour, half day or day. Our rates are set to take the financial challenges of the small business in mind. Similarly, should you require the services of our temporary staff, they will be effective quickly at a competitive cost.


Q: How often do your courses run?

A: The courses are run on a regular basis, so please register your interest and we will notify you of the dates. Sometimes, with the high demand we experience, we may place courses at short notice. If you wish us to deliver a course (minimum six people) we can schedule the time with you. Being flexible, especially with the anger management course, is essential as the need is often immediate!


Q: When do you run your courses?

A: It varies. But we do find that the combination of personal and business benefit that the courses deliver (“getting your needs met and building resources”) often means that staff are enthusiastic and firms grateful for week end courses. As we often say “It is your fruit to pick!”
